Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to the questions we have received. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Garden Design Application

Is your Garden Design App free to use?

Yes. At this moment it is free to use and the garden designs you create with the free version will remain free. At some point in time we will have a premium version of the application and we will begin charging money for it.

Enjoy, while it lasts!

I cannot change the size of any of the plants on the design. Why?

We follow general recomendations for landscape architecture. Our plants correspond in size to the real plants that will grow in your garden once they mature. By using adult sizes of plants in our application, we avoid the pitfall of having your plants too close to one another. This hinders their growth and often results in removal of excessive plants. It’s better to plan ahead.

Where is the registration? Why don’t you want my e-mail address?

We value privacy. We actually do not need your personal data to allow you to design your garden. All you need to do is to save the URL (link) to your design and you can open your garden plan later.

Yes, this means that if you lose the link to your garden, there is no way you can restore it.

I’ve lost URL to my garden design? Can I recover it?

Errr… no.

We do not ask for you e-mail address, we do not register users and process their data. That’s good.

Our approach to privacy means that the only way you can get access to your garden design is by using your unique garden link (URL).

It’s difficult to use your app on a mobile phone. Can you make it easier?

While previewing garden or using 3D preview works fine on mobile devices, we found that it is much easier to use standard computer with a mouse or a large tablet for the design phase of your project. And we highly recommend this approach for now.

We will also be working on improving mobile experience in the future.
